It is one of the most popular tourist attractions and is one of the most important symbols of Bratislava. The castle with four towers, which in the past was controlled by Great Moravia and kept the crown jewels of Hungary for almost 200 years, today hosts a number of exhibitions. The dominant feature is primarily the historical museum, which projects the past and captures Slovak historical events up to the present.

Today it serves as a representative place for the Slovak Parliament. Part of the castle grounds is a large Baroque garden with a fountain.

Bratislava Castle stretches on a hill approximately 80 meters above the Old Town and the Danube River, it is definitely not to be missed.
