The town of Kremnica has a rich mining history, which you can get to know in the authentic environment of the Mining Museum in Štôln Andrej. It is located only a few minutes from the city center, but it perfectly approximates the life and work of miners in the period of the 17th, 18th and 20th centuries. 660 meters of underground spaces are available to visitors.

Machines and equipment, workplace equipment and various methods of securing mine works are installed underground. In addition to tangible experiences, the guide can learn historical facts, legends and interesting stories from the life of the miners themselves. In the vicinity of the tunnel there is an educational trail and a marked cycle path leading to the village of Kremnické Bane. Stólňa Andrej is open to visitors all year round.
